Do issues keep popping up, with no solution in sight, and no way to break through the cycle of anxiety, depression, and frustration?

My name is James, and I’d like to help. I provide a safe, comfortable, and relaxed climate where we can build a genuine and open therapeutic relationship. I take a strengths-based approach to empower my clients for the future with new skills, techniques, and knowledge, while
exploring how negative thinking patterns and styles have played into unhealthy behaviors. It is my belief that in learning from the past, we can build ourselves up to become stronger going forward.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family systems therapy (IFS), and Solution-focused therapy (SFT), to do just that.
