I take a collaborative and solution-oriented approach grounded in mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Together, we will explore the behaviors that feel difficult to shift, the thoughts behind them, and the deeper belief systems keeping you stuck. I often describe this work as starting from what’s visible in your daily life and gently uncovering what sits beneath it. When we bring awareness to patterns, we create space for meaningful and lasting change.

With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, I integrate a strong mind-body perspective into my work. I believe change happens not only through insight but also through learning how to reconnect with yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. My goal is to help you build practical tools, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a life that feels intentional and authentically yours.

I have experience working with adolescence, athelets, young professionals and adults healing from trauma and grief, navigating major life transitions and managing burnout. I work with many individuals navigating relationship challenges and have significant experience working with individuals recovering from eating disorders and body image issues.

Through mindfulness practices, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques like CBT and DBT, I help clients connect to their inner resources, enhance emotional regulation, and achieve lasting transformation.
