Erin Mulholland

LMSW
My name is Erin Mulholland, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with dual master’s degrees in Psychology—with a concentration in Trauma Studies—and Social Work. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood to older adulthood. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including inner-city school systems, emergency departments, and inpatient psychiatric units, all of which have shaped my comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.
In my current work in the outpatient setting, I draw from a psychodynamic foundation while integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed interventions—to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to the individual.
At the heart of my practice is the importance of building a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered to work through the struggles that brought them to therapy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity.
