Hi, my name is Yusef Morales, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I believe that therapy works best when you have a safe, non-judgmental space to truly “unfold”. My approach is centered on strengthening our therapeutic relationship and giving you the time you need to explore your story at your own pace.

I don’t believe in a “one-size fits all” model. Instead, I blend evidence-based techniques with psychodynamic and holistic perspectives. This allows us to look at the whole picture-mind and body- to find what works for you.

With over 8 years of experience, I’ve supported everyone from children to seniors navigating life’s transitions, mental health barriers, and relationship challenges.
