LMSW, CASAC

Healing begins with feeling understood.
As a licensed master social worker (LMSW) and credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor (CASAC) in New York, I aim to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen.
I hold master’s degrees in forensic psychology from John Jay College and clinical social work from Fordham University. Along with being an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and certified grief educator, I have advanced training in CBT and trauma-focused approaches.

With years of experience across diverse therapeutic settings, I bring a deep
understanding of the complex challenges one may face. To meet your unique needs, I
may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), Somatic, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and
Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).
My approach is collaborative, holistic, and grounded in empathy. Together, we’ll explore
the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life—helping you build greater
self-awareness and tools to navigate both your inner and outer worlds with more
confidence and ease.
I work with adults, teens, and children dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief
and loss, relationship challenges, and the impact of addiction or terminal illness within
the family. Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll work together to help you move
forward with care and intention.
