I have experience working with kids, adolescents, adults and couples. I enjoy helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s daily challenges to help you cope, find healing, and break cycles keeping you trapped.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I use other modalities as well such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychodynamic work.
