Choosing to begin therapy is a brave and meaningful decision — and it’s one you don’t have to face alone. Whether you’re living with persistent anxiety, navigating the weight of depression, or moving through a major life transition, I’m here to be a steady source of support as you move forward.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of challenges including; grief, low self worth, family conflict, school related stress, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal challenges, and trauma. These experiences can leave you feeling lost or unsure of your next step. In our work together, I’ll help you reconnect with your internal compass — because you are the one steering the boat, and I’m here to guide and support you through uncertain waters with clarity and confidence.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which explores how early experiences and relational patterns shape your present. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to build coping strategies, emotional resilience, and practical tools to empower positive change.
Therapy is not one size fits all. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, pace, and goals. Together, we’ll define what healing looks like for you and create a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.
