LMSW

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, and earned my degree from Adelphi University. I have spent my career working with children, young adults, and their families across several settings such as home, residential, school, and private practice. I have experience working with individuals that struggle with mental health, social, emotional, educational and behavioral issues. Additionally, I work with individuals in helping them navigate relationship conflicts, school related issues, communication, self-esteem, life transitions, and other mental health difficulties. I have extensive experience working with children and young adults with developmental, intellectual, mental health, and behavioral diagnoses.

I incorporate evidence-based interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, play therapy, and solution- focused therapy. I provide in-person services, and Telehealth services as needed.
