Life at any age can feel like an emotional rollercoaster, leaving you feeling like ‘nobody seems to understand.’ Sometimes, it’s a relief to talk to someone who provides a safe space where you can freely open up about your feelings, thoughts, and toughest moments—someone who isn’t there to judge or fix, but simply to hear you.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents facing many challenges such as, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, social stressors, social skills, peer relationships, and behavioral issues. I prefer to use a psychodynamic approach to explore underlying emotions and patterns, but I always tailor my modalities to fit each client’s unique needs and preferences. Part of knowing what approach to take comes from learning about your clients’ needs and wants. My goal is to find the approach that feels most comfortable and effective for you. For young children, I like to incorporate play therapy techniques, allowing them to express their feelings through creative, nonverbal ways.

I understand how frightening it can feel to start therapy, which is why I’m dedicated to building a trusting and supportive relationship with you. Together, we’ll ease into this journey, making it a positive and empowering experience!
