My name is Nicole Tocci, I have completed my Masters Degree from Adelphi University, and I have been working in private practice for quite some time. I have been pushed towards social work due to my various life experiences, and mastered a special ability to connect and meet with individuals, couples, children and families. I want to support the internal muscle of change that you have, and meet you where you are in your individual journey. I have also learned to adapt evidence based interventions and core values to meet your needs. I have worked in a variety of settings inclusive of individual counseling, substance use, medical social work, mental health, grief and loss, children, and families. I have trained to be culturally competent and to follow ethical standards of the social work profession. I utilize diverse modalities tailored to fit the needs of each specific Patient. I appreciate the patients’ right to self determination and I hope that I can apart of your journey to find what you want and need out of your life.
